Shipping Policy

We do ship worldwide!

(except some countries may not be supported by our logistics)

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service. 

What are your shipping rates?

We have a fixed shipping rate of EUR €3.99 to all destinations worldwide. 

We use  DHL couriers for all International orders. A reliable, speedy and efficient service. However - as with any delivery service - there are those rare occasions that a package goes MIA and does not make it to its destination. If it has been more than 21 days and there is no sign of your package, first CONTACT Us at support@kasetifly.com and then check with DHL (have your tracking number handy). If it turns out your package is lost, we will endeavour to resend your products as soon as possible.
